Nathalie St-Laurent completed a four-year Bachelor of Physical and Health Education Degree with a concentration in Health Promotion at Laurentian University in Sudbury. During her undergraduate degree, she came to realize how much she enjoyed working in the field of public health and improving the quality of life of others. She also realized that she did not want a desk job; she wanted a more physical job that requires using her hands, her extensive knowledge in the field of health to solve problems and meet challenges. Having had massage therapy treatments herself for pain due to sports injuries, she noticed that it seemed to be the only therapy that worked for her – and soon she became extremely interested in the field of therapeutic massage due to its many health benefits. After having completed her four-year degree, she applied to the Massage Therapy Program offered in French at Collège Boréal located in Sudbury and then began her journey. She is now a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and looks forward to working with you. As a bilingual RMT, Nathalie offers services in both French and English.
